Delete your account

We respect your right to delete your data at any time.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open dayhelm on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon on home screen)
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

This permanently deletes your profile, all entries (journals, mood logs, medications, finances, tasks, calendar events, AI chats), uploaded files, and your authentication credentials. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion via email

If you can't access the app, email us and we'll process your request within 48 hours:

Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity and locate your data.

What gets deleted

  • • Your profile, name, and email
  • • All journal entries and brain dumps
  • • Mood check-ins and daily logs
  • • Medication records and adherence history
  • • Financial records (expenses, income, budgets, debts)
  • • Tasks, calendar events, and meeting notes
  • • AI chat conversations and assessments
  • • Uploaded files (receipts, documents, images)
  • • Consultation records and pre-briefs
  • • Pomodoro session history
  • • Push notification tokens and app settings
  • • Your Supabase authentication credentials

This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. We recommend exporting your data from Settings before deleting.
